I have many years of expertise in desktop software and hardware support. I have worked with top-level VP executives such as CEO, CIO, and even day-to-day end users. I am used to working inside a ticketing queue, setting up MDM devices, maintaining print servers, creating and maintaining Citrix environments, configuring Active Directory, and managing Microsoft Office 365 installs.
